Absence planner for 3 coworkers
YPlan enables you to keep track of the vacations and other absence times of all your coworkers. The Shareware is intended primarily for small and medium-sized companies. The networkable program is controlled centrally and stores all the employees' data in a password-protected and encrypted database.
To permit the full functionality of the program to be used, the user interface and administration system must be configured. It is advisable to perform installation and the first steps with the electronic vacation planner on the basis of the manual contained in pdf format in the download. Once you have familiarised yourself with YPlan you will find it very easy to use.
The users consist of an administrator, a list manager and normal users. The administrator registers new coworkers in the database and deals with data administration. If the program is installed in a network, each coworker can enter his/her data directly in the database. The list managers possess extended rights and may make entries and approve vacation for other coworkers.
Special statistical features provide management staff with a quick method of obtaining an overview of the current absences in the form of 3D diagrams and tables. All in all YPlan is a well-designed tool for personnel management.

Extract the zip file into a temporary directory.

Start the installation by double-clicking on the file setup.exe.

Start the program by double-clicking on the file yplan20.exe.
User name: admin,
Password: yplan

Enter yourself as an administrator.

Terminate the program and start it again.

Enter your user name and the password yplan.

You are now program administrator and can enter 2 further persons into the data base.
